用控制电缆使用特性：煤用控制电缆导体的长期允许工作温度为70℃，电缆敷设温度应不低于0℃。
煤用控制电缆允许的弯曲半径：对有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆应不小于电缆外径的12倍。对有屏蔽层结构的软电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。对无铠装层的电缆应不小于用电缆外径的6倍。而我们的普通的控制电缆是没有这些规定的。

在我们日常生活及工作中是非常常见的一种电缆，那么该如何接多芯控制电缆呢？
现在基本上控制电缆线芯绝缘皮上都有编号，可以根据编号来辨别芯线，50芯的控制电缆很少见，这里小编告诉你一个原始的办法：《转芯法》，就是在电缆的一头的某一层上（尽管线芯很多，还是分层的）记准其中一颗线芯，然后就可对这头的所有线芯进行接线，比做好记录（哪颗线接了什么线号），每层线芯都做这样的标记并接线，接线的顺序是都按照顺时针来接；在电缆的另一端首先找到某一层线芯的标记线芯（或称**的线芯），用反时针的顺序接，就OK了！。若刚开始操作没经验，可以先找个芯数比较少的控制电缆试一试。

2、电缆较高长期工作温度


① 阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套:70℃和105℃两种；


② 交联聚乙烯绝缘:90℃；。


3、电缆安装敷设温度应不低于0℃。


4、敷设推荐的允许弯曲半径:电力电缆:单芯电缆


≥40D；多芯电缆≥30D。控制电缆:≥12D。B系列塑料电线:


≥4D（D＜25mm时）；≥6D（D≥25mm时）。

五、Technical Performance。


1: Electric performance and mechanical & physical


performance of cable is the same to common cable in


similar category.


2: Current-loading capacity of cable is the same to


common cable in similar category.


3: Fire resistant performance shall meet the requirement of GB/T19666-2005 standard. 3A fuse wire won’t


break during burning test period.

六、 Cautions


1: Four layers of mica tape should be wrapped


around between insulation and conductor as fire resistant


layer in connection of cable. Other installing measures


may be taken according to that for similar type cable.


2: User should strictly avoid damage on cable with


sharp-edged objects. Otherwise it would affect fire resistant performance of cable.
